At Rovioz, we make sure your order arrives safely, with full tracking all the way to your door.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery Times
- United States: 6 to 15 business days after shipping.
- Spain: 7 to 15 business days after shipping.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, peak seasons, or carrier circumstances (weather, customs, etc.).

Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. We'll email you the tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your address when placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, an additional fee will apply to reship it.
Undelivered or Lost Orders
If your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us at info@roviozshop.com within 7 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier.
